The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, but carrying heavy luggage up steep steps can be a bit challenging. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering various services like dry cleaning and grocery shopping. The dining options are limited but convenient, especially for a quick bite at Frenchie's across the street.
The hotel is a charming oasis just on the edge of the main area, offering a peaceful retreat with lush gardens surrounding the pools. The rooms are cozy and practical, with the convenience of a washer & dryer making packing light a breeze. The fitness center is small but adequate for a quick workout, and the courtyard/pool area is a lovely spot to unwind.
The hotel offers top-notch rooms with lovely touches like evening turn-down service, morning muffins, and stocked Dove bars. The location is perfect for families seeking spacious accommodations, although there is some noise from the street during the early hours. Our stay was made comfortable with the provided pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
Upon arrival, our expectations for the hotel were pleasantly surpassed as we were welcomed warmly. However, our room wasn't ready until 4:15, and we discovered it had no dresser. Despite this, the staff was prompt to fix the issue with the fan, which was a great touch.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing with great service and cleanliness, and all the amenities we could ask for. Being located next to each other made it perfect for our group of 9. The proximity to the main attractions in this beautiful part of town was a huge plus!
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms on the first floor were updated, clean, and spacious, creating a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. However, the rooms felt a little small, which made moving around and using luggage a bit challenging.
